Retail Associate (Full-time / Part-time / Intern)
The Lucky Shop is looking to expand its business team. Working with the internationally recognized streetwear brands that we carry, you'll get the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a retail business.
Part-time/Intern
Responsibilities:
Assist in daily store operations.
Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive shopping environment consistent with our brand image
Familiarising yourself with brands that we carry.
Attending to customers at cash desk, fitting rooms and the shop floor
Managing inventory and managing housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
Good team player, pleasant personality, service oriented, positive attitude to learning new skill sets.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer skills.
Strong interest in fashion.
Experience in customer service in retail environments is a plus.
Fluent in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
Must be of 18 years of age or older.
Commitment of 2 to 3 working days, including 1 weekend. Able to work on public holidays if required.
Full-time
Responsibilities:

Keeping track of sales, KPIs, and inventory.
Able to keep track of brands/product performance (e.g. bestsellers).
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Strong interest in fashion and flair for visual merchandising.
Experience in customer service in retail environments is a plus.
Fluent in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
