Job Description

Marketing Coordinator (Contract Position)


Key responsibilities include:

  • Work across the group’s portfolio and support the marketing team on a day-to-day basis
  • Marketing duties include:
  • Data entry for CRM systems
  • Media monitoring, filing and clipping for the group’s brands
  • Assist leads in curating content for social platforms for the group’s different brands
  • Production duties such as sourcing and liaison with suppliers
  • And any other coordination duties depending on the team’s needs
  • The successful candidate should have/be:
  • Preferably 1 year relevant work experience in admin, coordination
  • Ability to work independently when given instructions
  • A team player who's self-driven, displays initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Passionate about F&B and Nightlife
