Job Description
As our Events & Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of our journey to the magic of Creative Events and Experiential Marketing, working with clients and developing our owned brands.
- Work with the creative team to prepare proposals and quotations
- Work with the operations team for coordination of events
- Sourcing for events and marketing vendors and supplies
- Events and marketing coordination
- Assistance is supervision of events suppliers and contractors working on location
- Work as a team to ensure the delivery of a high-quality events and marketing campaigns
Pre-Requisites:
- Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably with an aptitude for events and marketing
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in events and/or marketing will be an advantage
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
