The Linch Agency – Intern – Music & Marketing Associate

We are looking to hire a music & marketing associate, who is open minded and a diligent self starter to work across our portfolio of artistes and label servicing clients. This internship will provide a hands-on experience to music management & PR / Marketing.

Key Atttributes

• Good understanding of the music climate in Singapore.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, documentation and presentation skills.
• Effective time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Curiosity and desire to learn about music management, PR & marketing. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft /Google Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Knowledge and usage of Adobe Design Suite is a PLUS! 
• Can design simple instagram / instastory artwork
• Flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare Artiste materials for release. 
• Assist to manage Artiste release schedules with stakeholders (label/distro/mgmt).
• Assist to plan regional press & or social media marketing strategies.
• Assist to manage Artiste day to day schedule (performances in Singapore only, interviews and any other).
• Assist to liaise with clients, vendors and other stakeholders for performances. 
• Assist to manage small music events (if needed)
• Assist in any administration (contracts, agreements etc..)
• Any other artiste related work assigned.
