The Shared Services Intern will contribute to the capacity of the charities, nonprofits and ground-up initiatives we work with to implement and scale its activities. Your role comprises operational and administrative support, including but not limited to finance, research, event planning, volunteer management, marketing, and fundraising.
Process invoices, claims, payroll and prepare supporting documentation.
Carry out research as directed, such as on laws and regulations, to develop social enterprise models, for grants, etc.
Contribute to planning and executing events for communities and stakeholders.
Help clients recruit, engage, and manage volunteers.
Research and draft content for social media, presentations, and proposals.
Carry out market research and develop business models to support the expansion of TKH’s shared services in Singapore and the region.
