The Iterative Collective – UI / UX Designer (Intern)

We're building an e-commerce platform for both mobile and web, collaborating with large brands and influencers.

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to help design the user interface for our application. We are looking for a creative, curious and collaborative innovator to join our team to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product design process for our e-Commerce platform (mobile and web) to serve the local market audience in South East Asia.
• Balance user needs with technical constraints to help realize the team’s ideas, translating these ideas into extraordinary visuals. 
• Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience. 
• Build wireframes, storyboards, user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design idea.
• This role requires attention to detail and thoughtfulness as you produce visually stunning content while navigating through unique technical challenges.
  
  

Requirements

• Proficient in iterative UI design, including design specifications, composition specifications, concept and style development.
• Excellent visual, communication, and presentation skills to help others understand design decisions
• Have good collaboration skills with internal and external teams (cross-team, cross-regional).
• Proficient in motion graphics, typography, user interface design, iconography, user experience research.
• We focus on skills and talents, not academic qualifications.
• Relevant portfolio experience in the e-commerce or related industries is a plus.
• Bonus points if you can read/write in another Asian language as the platform aims to serve clients across Asia.
