As a Digital Marketing Executive at TIP, you will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence, enhancing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and executing marketing initiatives that drive results. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution—including content creation for social media and video platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies with clear goals, timelines, and KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns.
Create compelling marketing content, including copy for presentations, websites, email campaigns, and publicity materials.
Manage and grow our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, WhatsApp, Telegram) through content planning, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
Conceptualize, script, film, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels that aligns with our brand voice and engages target audiences.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure such as pixels, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools in collaboration with internal or external tech teams.
Analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights that guide campaign direction and brand positioning.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors (e.g., SEO agencies, XiaoHongShu marketers) to drive campaign success and optimize ROI.
Identify and implement website improvements to enhance SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
Take ownership of personal performance, meeting deadlines and delivering consistent quality.
Work cross-functionally within a supportive and inclusive team culture, contributing to a high-performance environment.
Requirements:
Prior experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
Proficiency in filming and editing short videos using mobile apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).
Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Ability to work independently, creatively, and collaboratively across teams.
