The Haus Curator – Social Media Intern / Manager

Hello! We're looking for a sharp, creative, and organized Social Media Manager who understands how to build a strong, classy brand online—especially on Instagram/Reels, TikTok, (and YouTube Shorts at a later date). You’ll work directly with the founder and content team to craft, post, and grow a cohesive presence that speaks to white-collar professionals, investors, and affluent home seekers.

Location: Singapore | Hybrid Working Model

* What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok & YouTube

• Write sharp, on-brand captions (no cringe, no fluff)

• Schedule and post content with optimal timing and formatting

• Repurpose long-form video (e.g., YouTube) into short-form, high-engagement clips

• Use tools like CapCut, Canva, or InShot to assist with edits if needed

• Coordinate with videographers (& designers, and editors for larger scale designs) to ensure consistent brand tone

• Monitor insights, track growth, and suggest optimization tactics weekly

* Ideal Candidate:

• Strong understanding of social platforms, especially IG & TikTok (Singapore market)

• Excellent copywriting skills (professional but engaging tone)

• Aesthetic sense—knows how to make content look clean, modern, and premium

• Familiar with real estate, lifestyle, finance, or startup content (a big plus)

• Proactive, self-organized, and detail-oriented

• Bonus: Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok scheduling tools, or analytics dashboards

* Commitment & Compensation:

• In-person content sessions (Singapore) > Remote session in first few months

• Exact hours per week can be discussed

• Monthly retainer or hourly rate depending on experience
