- Job Description
Assistant Chef
- Preparing meal ingredients for the Chef, which includes washing, peeling, cutting and slicing ingredients
- Assisting Chef to unload food supplies and store food supplies
- Washing / drying of all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments etc
- Mopping / sweeping of the kitchen area daily
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate
- Kitchen experience will be preferred
- Only Singaporeans / PR to apply
