Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and be responsible for the F&B operations
- Achieve monthly targets for the restaurant
- Involved in the day-to-day running of the restaurant to achieve maximum profitability, good ambience and dining experience
- Ensure consistent service and food quality
- Resolve operational issues and challenges as well as feedback
- Recommend improvements and ensure compliance of SOPs to meet standards and requirements
- A chance to work together with the CEO
- Develop a motivating and harmonious team
