- Job Description
We are looking for candidate to fulfil the following duties for a period of 2 months. Preferable to be able to start work immediately.
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Taking charge of scanning and uploading of relevant documents
- Filing of documents
- Compiling and ensuring that all documents are in place in preparation for the operations team.
- Checking of stocks with suppliers
- Ad-hoc admin duties when required
