The Financialists – Recruitment Admin Assistant

The Recruitment Admin 1) will assist with a wide range of projects related to recruitment through Digital Marketing in social media, on-boarding/orientation, call to select, arrange and conduct preliminary interview with selective pre-qualified candidates, profiling test and co-ordinate financial advisors programs. This job is designed to be practical.

The Recruitment Admin 2) is also required to interact with other departmental staffs for customer / underwriting related service and so good communication and presentation skills are a pre-requisitement for the job. This job will expose the candidate's knowledge to the investment and financial service sector. 

The major skills and competencies that the employee is preferred to have are:

Excellent communication, digital marketing and information technology skills

Inter-Personal and Presentation skills.

Requirements:

• Strictly Singaporeans/Singaporean PRs only.

• Minimum age of 21 years old.

• Completed NS (For male applicants)

• Without unsecured financially obligations, besides study loan

• Not under any scholarship or bonded by any ministry or company.
