The Drinkery Pte Ltd – Warehouse Operations Associate, Craft Beer eCommerce

Responsibilities:

• Order fulfillment - print, pick, pack, sort, ship daily online orders.
• Goods receiving - unload container, unpack pallets, inspect & count goods, shelve stocks.
• Inventory control - cycle count, stocktake, stock rotation, invoicing.
• Delivery planning - driver scheduling, delivery routing and monitoring until completion.
• Customer service - answer queries, resolve service issues via phone, email, chats.
• General housekeeping - keep warehouse space clean, safe and organized.

Requirements:

• Can move, lift and carry up to 20kg.
• Can accurately pick and pack craft beer and wine items.
• Can speak and write English.
• Can use basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Past e-commerce warehouse experience is a plus.
