Job Description

The Sponsorship Executive role is a highly sought after and integral role to THE DIGITAL BANKER's events portfolio. The incumbent will be tasked with driving sponsorship revenue across a key portfolio of C-level banking & Financial Services conferences in Singapore and ASEAN.

We are seeking a tenacious business development executive that can communicate fluidly with Senior Marketing and Sales Directors of Fortune 500 technology companies and consultancies. 

Reporting Directly to the Head of Sales for APAC, responsibilities include:

  • Contact vendors serving the banking sector regarding sponsorship opportunities 
  • Drive Sponsorship revenues across key events
  • Draft Proposals to prospects
  • Articulate the value proposition of sponsoring our conferences
  • Attend respective events for service delivery to your sponsors

Skills Required:

  • You must be able to handle objections fluently
  • B2B Sales background
  • Conference sponsorship is preferred but not mandatory
  • Domain knowledge of the retail and private banking sector is preferred but not mandatory
  • Handle rejections well 
  • Plan a campaign and ensure each lead is followed up
  • Communicate fluidly with confidence and authority
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
