We’re looking for interns who want to actually learn how a modern social media agency runs, not just sit in on meetings. This role is for someone curious, detail-oriented, and excited to work across strategy, content, and execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be plugged into real client work across different stages:
1. Research & Insights
Analyse brands, competitors, and social media landscapes
Identify trends, content opportunities, and gaps
Support keyword and audience research for campaigns
2. Brand & Content Audits
Audit client social channels (what’s working, what’s not)
Break down competitor strategies and “north star” references
Turn findings into clear, actionable insights
3. Strategy Support
Assist in building content strategies and content pillars
Support ideation for campaigns, shoots, and always-on content
Help structure decks and presentations for clients
4. Shoot Planning & Execution
Support pre-production (moodboards, shot lists, references)
Coordinate logistics for shoots (talent, props, timing)
Be on-ground during shoots when required
5. Backend & Operations
Help with content calendars and scheduling
Prepare reports and performance summaries
Support team with admin, documentation, and workflow tracking
Who You Are
Curious and actually interested in social media beyond just scrolling
Detail-oriented and organised (you don’t miss things)
Able to think critically — not just execute instructions
Comfortable with fast-paced, startup-style environments
Strong written communication skills
Bonus if you:
Understand TikTok / IG content trends deeply
Have used tools like Notion, Google Slides, CapCut, Canva, etc.
Have done school projects or side projects in marketing/content
