Working hours expect 10-15 hours per week.
Hourly pay is from $10 to $15 +CPF
1) Execute the day-to-day marketing tasks, including and not confined to:
- Social media community management
- ie coordinating with the operations team on schedule changes, and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Administrative activities
2) Social media content management
- Work with the management to plan out monthly social media calendar
- Research and suggest ways to engage existing followers and acquire new followers in accordance with the tone of voice of the brand
- Create content suitable for Instagram Stories periodically (ie twice a week)
- Work with the marketing team, operations and practitioners to coordinate content creation for social media on a regular basis
3) Update and maintain website
4) Upload, schedule and post EDMs via our mailing list platform
5) Conduct market research and analysis to assist in marketing campaigns and activities
- Assist in the creation of briefs for the creative team for communication materials that need to go out on our platforms
- Compile suitable mood boards to support ideation for campaigns
6) Assist the marketing team with conducting regular competitive analysis to ensure up-to-date strategies
7) Other ad-hoc marketing tasks as required
