Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise, co-ordinate and involvement in kitchen duties
- Carry out other kitchen-related duties as may be assigned by the Management
- Ensure adequate control over food wastage
Ensure kitchen equipment is correctly handled and maintained
Ensure controlled recipes and garnishing are followed in accordance to SOP
- Ensure budget set by the company is maintained
- Train kitchen crew according to company SOP
- Coordinate miscellaneous projects as and when needed
- Provide strategic input such as development and delivery of F&B promotions
- Estimate and order ingredients from local suppliers
