Job Description

We are seeking for a digital marketing intern

Your role involves creating and implementing online campaigns to promote The Beuro's brands and products, which includes managing social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising. Key responsibilities include identifying target audiences, developing strategies, producing engaging content, analyzing performance using data and metrics, and reporting on results to stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms like social media, websites, email, and paid advertising. 

Content Creation:

  • Produce and distribute engaging content (text, images, videos) for digital channels to attract and connect with the target audience. 

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow social media profiles, create targeted campaigns, and engage with followers. 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to improve website visibility in search engine results. 

Paid Advertising (PPC):

  • Plan, manage, and optimize pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive traffic and leads. 

Email Marketing:

  • Create and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with customers. 

Website Management:

  • Oversee the website's content and performance, often collaborating with designers to optimize user experience and create landing pages. 

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports to stakeholders. 

Market Research:

  • Identify market trends and insights to inform marketing strategies and discover new growth opportunities. 

Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams (sales and business team) and external agencies to develop effective campaigns. 

Key Skills

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop overarching marketing plans and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using web analytics tools to interpret data and derive actionable insights. 
  • Content Creation: Strong skills in writing and visual content production. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with SEO, PPC, social media platforms, and email marketing software. 
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to present campaigns and collaborate with teams and clients.
