The Ballet & Music Company Pte Ltd – Centre Executive

The Ballet and Music Company is established to Promote the Performing Arts as life long learning skills and to make it into a lifestyle skill that would be appreciated by many.

We are looking for a Part-time Centre Executive (5-day work week, 6 months contract) whose job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

A. ADMINISTRATION

• handle student enrolment, transfers, replacement classes and withdrawals
• ensure Centre and classrooms are prepped
• coordinate relief when needed
• keep up communication with parents, as well as teachers
• the ability to manage shift patterns, take care of admin and make sure everything in the centre runs smoothly

B. OPS & CUSTOMER SERVICE

• ensure smooth running of classes and events
• maintain a clean and safe environment for students
• provide a high level of customer service to teachers, students and parents
• necessary for dealing effectively with customers and also for developing a good, positive relationship with staff

C. SALES

• handle sales enquiries for regular programmes
• ensure data of all leads received are keyed in
• the ability to handle complex enquiries and also surmount the everyday challenges involved in adjusting resources to meet demand

Requirements

• preferably 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales dealing with children and parents
• fluent in spoken and written English; ability to speak Mandarin preferred as job requires interacting with Mandarin-speaking customers
• willing to work on both weekends
• diploma or degree holder
