Job Description

The Marketing Intern contributes to the realisation of Cedele Group’s business strategies by supporting the Marketing Team in driving its retail, ecommerce, online and offline marketing and brand positioning. The person will also assist in building the organisation's communication plans, and the development of appealing marketing concepts to promote the organisation. The Marketing Intern is collaborative and highly adaptable with a strong level of initiative and capacity to work under pressure. The Marketing Intern will assist in the marketing of multiple brands and their outlets, and the role (not limited to) is as follows:

Omnichannel brand and competitor research on regional and global traditional and social media platforms for Cedele Market.

Plan social media content and scheduling in accordance with the marketing calendar that are aligned with the company’s brand positioning for Cedele outlets, Toss & Turn, Workspace, and Chiak and updating its websites where necessary.

Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.

Work with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content to be shared across all business units where applicable.

Implement digital best practices, policies on pricing and promotions, media assets, and inventory management.

  • Auditing outlets to ensure all marketing communications are properly displayed.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as price tags, posters, point-of-sales buttons, etc.
  • Assist with customer/member enquiries and/or complaints on all channels.
  • Having the ability to multi-task, prioritise and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
