The Astronauts Collective – Youth Guidance Associate

The Astronauts Collective (TAC) is a registered charity that empowers youths to explore, discover, and prepare for meaningful careers. Through our programmes, we provide young people with opportunities to gain exposure, build connections, and develop confidence in navigating the world of work.

As a Youth Guidance Associate (YGA), you'll play a key role in supporting and facilitating our youth programmes. You'll journey alongside young people as they explore different career pathways, engage with industry professionals, and develop skills for their future.

What You'll Do:
: Facilitate and support career exploration programmes for youths.
: Engage students through discussions, activities, and reflections.
: Support working professionals and industry partners during programme sessions.
: Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
: Encourage youths to explore their interests and broaden their perspectives on careers and the future of work.

Who We're Looking For:
: Youths currently pursuing tertiary education (ITE, Polytechnic, University).
: Passionate about youth development and career guidance.
: Enjoy working with young people and facilitating group activities.
: Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
