Responsibilities

• Maintain website content and ensure website is functioning optimally
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders for content updates such as content gathering, UAT etc; and to compile business requirement documents for easy tracking
• Verify and ensure any website issue is fixed as per expected behaviour within timeline
• Project-managed tasks such as test data setup, user acceptance testing
• Maintain web knowledge hub and assist with website analytics tracking and reporting
• Research on website UI/UX enhancements including current and digital frontend landscape

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Business IT or equivalent
• Familiar with web standards, web user experience, user interface design
• Possesses basic html coding and web frameworks knowledge
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop or other relevant design tools
• An analytical and meticulous self-starter with good communications & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to commit for at least 6 months
