Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and update Ascott Star Rewards (ASR) brand factsheet, programme information, promotional orders
- Prepare standard operation procedures, training and audit materials on ASR to provide consistency and quality control on the programme
- Resolve members’ issue experience during the website booking journey and consolidate the findings
- Assist queries from members regarding their ASR account
- Exercise discretion to credit ASR points to members manually on an exceptional basis
- Propose member database segmentation for target offer to engage ASR member
- Construct system architect flowchart for multiple member journey to streamline/ automate information cascaded into other lodging systems
- Perform rate parity audit to ringfence ASR rates being offered at the public channel to ensure profitability on Ascott sale channel
Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, Business IT or Hospitality
- Detailed oriented, organized and able to resolve difficult situations calmly
- Self-starter who can identify opportunities to assist and see-through agreed actions and always on tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commit full-time for at least 3 months
