Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Events Director. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating communication, assisting with event planning tasks, and ensuring the Events Director’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.

  • Event Coordination Support: Assist with event preparation tasks including liaising with vendors, preparing documents, and on-site support.

  • Inventory Management: Assist to maintain and update inventory for event accessories and assets.

  • Communication Management: Act as the point of contact between the Events Director and internal/external stakeholders. Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally.

  • Administrative Support: Handle expense claims, prepare meeting minutes, maintain filing systems, and draft correspondence.

  • Project Tracking: Help track project timelines and deadlines, ensuring the Events Director is kept up to date on key milestones.

  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Take on various tasks to ensure smooth operations, including personal errands when required.
