- Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Source and liaise with vendors
- Get involved in the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Manage event set-up, tear down
- Provide required administrative support
- Maintain inventory
- Other Ad Hoc duties
Requirements:
- responsible and proactive individual
- willingness to learn and adapt
- able to work on weekends / after office hours if required (due to nature of events)
- good communicator
