Job Description

TG Singapore is seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern specializing in Recruitment to join our team. This position will offer hands-on experience in understanding, sourcing, and engaging with potential candidates for various roles.

This internship is a minimum 3-month commitment, with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Role Understanding: Quickly comprehend and internalize the requirements and responsibilities of assigned roles within the organization.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and resources to source potential candidates for contract staffing/temporary positions. Learn effective strategies for identifying and attracting suitable candidates.
  • Job Advertisement Placement: Gain knowledge and practical skills in crafting compelling job advertisements. Understand the nuances of where and how to post ads to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Candidate Communication: Engage with potential candidates, conduct initial screenings, and clearly articulate role details while understanding their career aspirations and expectations.
  • Profile Preparation: Collaborate with managers to compile comprehensive profiles of suitable candidates. Ensure that profiles effectively highlight candidate qualifications and align with the organization's needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum A levels qualification and currently pursuing or planning to pursue further education.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate job roles and responsibilities.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about recruitment and talent sourcing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and cold calling/speaking to candidates especially on the phone.
