Job Description

Job Descriptions

- Generate Sales Order, Invoices, DO, after receiving daily orders from online and wholesale customers

- Coordinating deliveries with 3rd party warehouse

- Upkeeping of inventory records and ensuring that inventory levels are healthy and up to date

- Assisting and preparation for stock take activities

- Follow up on payables with customers

- Invoice and DO matching

- Daily Filing of documents

- Admin and Data Entry Duties into Autocount

- Conduct Simple bank reconcilation

- Assisting External Accountant to ensure monthly closing

- Office General Housekeeping Duties

- Any other adhoc duties assigned

 

Requirements

- Prior experience with Autocount is advantageous

- Good Knowledge of how to use EXCEL is a requirement

- Experience working in an inventory intensive environment is a must

- Good knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, Batch tracking for inventory management

- Ability to multi task

- Meticulous in numbers and expiry dates

- Good knowledge with Excel

- Independent worker

- Basic Accounting knowledge
