As a Business Development intern, you will be working with our Sales team to design, execute, and manage sales campaigns combining cutting-edge data-driven methodologies and well-established BD techniques. Key Responsibilities / Workstreams
1. Business Development Campaigns
Work with SDR groups to identify target prospects, acquire data relating to key contacts, and push this data into the CRM.
Design, monitor, & administrate approach campaigns; track and assist with management of leads generated therefrom. Calculate meta-value to leads and assign to SDRs according to policy.
Conduct optimisation testing (e.g. A/B testing) on business development methods & cadences to generate actionable data & insights.
(optional) assist with follow-up calls from email campaigns.
2. CRM Record Management
Assist with sanitisation of all unassigned data records; administrate marketing lists.
Segment contact records according to geography, seniority, & job function in order to make business development efforts more effective.
3. 360° Rotation
Where possible and practical, oppportunities will be provided to cycle through / shadow other business units within the company to gain exposure to other workstreams.

Anticipate, mitigate and resolve issues effectively and expeditiously – including thinking resourcefully about solutions for the business.
Pre-empting next steps, taking initiative where appropriate--and develping understanding of when & how to do so.

Discussing issues with managers, identifying & suggesting more effective or efficient approaches.
