Job Description

We are looking for great individuals who want to be part of a fast growing technology company. As a Business Operations Intern, you will provide a helping hand to our operations team as we identify opportunities to optimise and scale the company. A good attitude and good ethics are a must, ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a desire to do great things as a team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of tessaract.io
  • Develop relevant content to help the team
  • Support the team in improving operational processes and workflows.
  • Build up SOPs, playbooks, facilitate improvements and streamline processes.
  • Work closely with Tessaract’s management team to provide insights about the business and performance monitoring.

  • Conduct market research on potential initiatives including new markets and products, communicating them to senior management in concise, insightful ways.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the senior management team with internal reporting
  • Liaise with team members to find the best solutions to answer customers’ and internal team questions
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
  • Familiarize with new products and services as they are introduced
  • Respect client confidentiality at all times

Qualifications & Skills

  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Diploma / Degree in any field with the relevant customer service experience
  • Tech savvy
