Job Description

Job description

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to be part of implementing our growth marketing strategies. Your primary duties include assisting the department in executing various growth marketing strategies, such as content strategies, lead magnet campaigns and email campaigns. You might also work on running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-department to collaborate on new initiatives.

If you're interested in learning and using systematic ways to test experiments and generate innovative ideas to increase sales, we would like to meet you. As a growth marketing intern, your job is to help find the channels and strategies to increase revenue.

Ultimately, you would support Growth Marketing initiatives in finding new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional team (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Big Drop's revenue goals.

  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.

  • Conceive and execute a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.

  • Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation.

  • Manage SEO.

  • Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.

  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data up to the executive level.

Requirements

  • Some project management skills: ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritise high impact activities and keep complex projects moving forward.

  • A growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns, including school thesis or projects.

  • Good written, oral and organisational ability.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or other Social Media Management Systems)

  • Proficient with Analytics.

  • Proficiency with Hubspot would be advantageous.
