We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are interested to be part of our Research & Development team.

Job Description

This research project provides opportunity for beginners in the field of biomedical research to learn the basic principles as well as deeper insights into the R&D of an immunotherapeutic company. You will be working hands on alongside an experienced scientist and will be involved in planning and conducting immunological as well as cell biological experiments. You will have the chance to gain access to the full capacity of Tessa’s resources in biological experimentation and be involved in resolving cutting edge projects in cancer immunotherapy.

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Research Science intern, you will be part of our R&D team to explore new approaches for cancer therapy using the body’s own immune system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be contributing to Tessa’s R&D in following areas:

  • Experimental planning and scheduling
  • Laboratory practices such as: cell culture, Western Blotting, microscopy, flow cytometry etc.
  • Data analysis and reporting

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Basic knowledge of laboratory practices such as pipetting, calculation, sterile handling of cells, Western Blotting, data recording and analysis
  • Knowledge of Windows applications such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  •  Able to present data and results to the rest of the team
