JOB DUTIES:
Manage sales efforts, by setting goals, meeting sales revenue targets and tracking results.
Develop new accounts and strategies to penetrate and create demand for Tescom services.
Identify new tender opportunity and awards in G-Biz daily.
Prepare proposals (private and public sectors), follow up and negotiate deals.
Prepare contracts and agreements.
Manage sales budget & forecasting.
Work with Project Managers & Support staff to keep abreast of company’s capabilities / products, industry trends and needs.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Understanding and knowledge of software quality assurance.
Capable of communicating effectively both with clients and internal staff to explain technical capabilities and service range of Tescom.
Ability to engage (communicate) ‘C’ level and/or key decision maker.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent presentation skill.
Ability to sell Tescom services.
Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
Strong prospecting and sales process management skills.
Ability to coordinate and work proactively across all internal functional areas.
Independence: Able to operate with limited guidance and direction in support of the company’s mission and vision.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
Tertiary education and above.
