JOB SUMMARY
This role will be based in Singapore and responsible for supporting the marketing function across APAC. Primary responsibility will include market segmentation, developing localized marketing tools, supporting internal associates, affiliates and customers to realize the value created from improved optimization of equipment.
This incumbent will work closely with global and country marketing teams as well as commercial associates both internationally and within the region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assistance towards strategic marketing activities like booth graphics.
- Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
- Co-develop marketing plans to drive long term sustainable business growth across APAC.
- Co-develop, implement and track regional strategic / tactical initiatives.
- Facilitate and support the launch of new products and/or product upgrades.
- Supporting post-marketing product evaluations and work with X-functional team (product marketing, scientific marketing, FIT, etc.).
- Co-develop localized sales presentation materials, value tools / models.
- Co-develop local implementation plans based on the customer requirements.
- Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors.
- Perform other additional duties or projects as assigned.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively engage in all Terumo BCT meeting and customer events where required.
- Work and engage closely with both global peers as well as local marketing and commercial managers.
- Attend relevant international congress to maintain product knowledge and market awareness.
- Responsible for Terumo BCT equipment, IP, and maintaining the core values of the organization.
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety requirements.
- Maintain the safety, security and confidentiality of all Terumo BCT data.
REQUIREMENTS
- Polytechnic/University undergraduate
- Proficient in MS Office
- Interest in marketing and to learn about the healthcare business
- Attentive to details
- Applicant must be enrolled in a school through the entire internship.
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
