Tender Dental Care is a new, founder-led neighbourhood dental clinic at The Venue Shoppes in Potong Pasir, targeting an opening in mid-November 2026. Our approach is simple: Making serious dentistry feel comfortable.

Led by Dr Chen Liyan Leon, our small team focuses on thoughtful patient care, clear communication, good organisation and consistent clinical and infection-control standards.

DENTAL RECEPTIONIST / PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Join the opening team at Tender Dental Care, Potong Pasir.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a warm, organised and dependable receptionist to help patients feel welcome and keep our front desk running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and register patients, and keep patient details accurate.
- Manage appointments, reminders and enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Process payments, assist with daily reconciliation and support clinic administration.
- Explain appointment arrangements and clinic processes, referring clinical questions to the dentist.
- Coordinate with the clinical team so patients are kept informed and appointments run smoothly.
- Maintain an organised reception area and protect patient confidentiality.
- Assist with clinic opening and closing routines.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A caring, professional manner and clear communication.
- Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm when busy.
- Confidence using computers and willingness to learn clinic software.
- Reception, healthcare, hospitality or customer-service experience is helpful. Dental experience is an advantage; applicants keen to learn are welcome.
- Availability for a roster that includes weekend and evening sessions.

WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Planned full-time schedule: 44 hours per week on a roster. The detailed schedule will be discussed at interview and confirmed before appointment.
- Target start: mid-November 2026; exact commencement date by agreement.
- Salary based on relevant experience and responsibilities.
- Training in clinic systems and workflows will be provided.
