Telegrowth – Events Manager

Responsibilities:

• Management and supervision of event campaigns
• Preparation of proposals and pitches in response to clients’ briefs
• Responsible for planning and organizing events; oversee production of events from conception through to completion
• Reach out to companies for events partnerships and synergistic sponsorships
• Outreach to Investor communities and investor groups for our in-house events.
• Organize, prepare for and execute investor meetings/roadshows, including scheduling investor meetings, developing appropriate materials, and arranging all meetings logistics and balance event budgets.
• Help with coordination and operations during event

Requirements:

• Good writing skills for the crafting of proposals and pitches a must. Background in Sales/PR/Marketing is an advantage
• Articulate with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task for multiple projects
• Strong leadership and ability to independently and as a team to meet tight deadlines
• Able to commit for at least 3 month full-time
• A sparkling personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Be a team player and yet be able to work independently
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
