- Assist to maintain equipment, involving hardware, software and systems.
- Diagnose network and system problems and react to failures and errors to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Answer help desk calls and maintain IT asset list.
- Perform nightly, weekly and monthly backups as well as restorations as needed.
- Perform service desk functions such as user account management, mailbox management, end-user support, troubleshooting, setup of computers and other hardware devices, website updates, etc.
- Perform system administration and support IT infrastructure.
- Create resolution procedures for common issues.
- Liaise with vendors for related hardware, software and services.
- Ad hoc assignments.
