Teckwah Industrial Corporation Pte Ltd – HR Intern

Teckwah runs packaging printing manufacturing and logistics operations in Singapore and regional office. We are currently undergoing a massive digitalization programe to automate, transform and innovate our operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience, implementing digitalization projects together with our staff.

The HR Intern will support the HR department's daily operations and strategic initiatives, focusing on improving HR workflows and assisting with HR Digital Transformation efforts. This intern will learn to streamline processes, improve efficiency and contribute to a positive organizational culture.

• Assist in day-to-day HR workflows and administrative tasks to support the HR team.
• Support the implementation of HR Digital Transformation initiatives, including assisting in the exploration, evaluation and adoption of new HR technologies and tools
• Drive the digitisation of employee records by scanning, creating, updating employee database, to maintain a paperless environment
• Support the implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to automate HR repetitive tasks
• Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and employee engagement events.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR department.
