Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prospect your own sales pipeline and develop key relationships for locating new opportunities with clients
  • Diagnose prospects’ pain, communicate the value proposition, and come up with solutions to customers’ needs by collaborating with a broad breadth of experts across the company
  • Prepare formal proposals; lead negotiations - coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure
  • Reporting; Update the Tech Mahindra management team on a periodic basis
  • Meet and exceed Monthly and Quarterly Goals

Qualifications

  • Undergrad/ Grad with STEM subjects or Business or Finance
  • Fresh graduates or 0-3 years of IT sales or delivery experience
  • Experience in selling technology solutions and services (based on a combination of products and services) through effective cold calling and in-person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the clients.
  • Experience in making effective technical and business presentations to ‘C level’ executives of organizations
  • Acumen to understand client’s business (any industrial domain ), strategy, and regulatory imperatives; subsequently align Tech Mahindra strategy, solutions, and services to add value
  • Good Understanding in new and conventional technologies, best practices, and platforms prevalent in Financial Services markets. Exposure to product sales (licenses) along with services is desirable
  • Ability to perform the role of a “trusted” advisor for clients and stakeholders
  • Strong communication, thorough understanding of technology industry, customer relations, and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving, presentation skills, e.g. budgeting and forecasting. Self-motivated and possess strong organizational and interpersonal networking skills
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
