Teamup Event Pte Ltd – Intern (Event/Marketing)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Event Executive Intern to join our team. This role goes beyond marketing , you will be involved in both event planning and on-ground execution, including concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events.

We are seeking someone who not only generates ideas, but is also hands-on and able to bring concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas for events (concerts, showcases, lifestyle events)

• Execute event from idea to rollout (social media posts, content, activations)

• Create and publish content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

• Assist in on-ground event execution (setup, coordination, crowd engagement)

• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are completed

• Manage timelines and ensure tasks are followed through to completion

• Monitor campaign performance and actively suggest improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in events, marketing, and entertainment

• A doer mindset – able to take initiative and execute, not just ideate

• Creative with a good sense of current trends and social media content

• Comfortable being hands-on (both online and on-site during events)

• Basic skills in Canva / CapCut / Adobe tools is a plus

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points

• Experience in content creation or managing social media pages

• Passion for concerts, music, or live entertainment

• Able to multitask and adapt quickly during live event situations
