Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing (50%)
Make outbound calls to existing clients and potential new leads.
Answer inbound inquiries and provide product/service information.
Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with call details and customer information.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Content Creation (50%)
Develop and create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blog posts.
Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with campaigns.
Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, conversion).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends to create relevant and timely content.
