Researcher
Researchers work across the sourcing and candidate management side of the recruitment process to proactively identify, target, grow and manage the pool of candidates for a particular sector/discipline.
Researchers focus not only on finding candidates to fill positions the Consultants are working on, but also utilisation of the candidates and their skills that come out of a rigorous recruiting process as a means to fill similar positions in the future also (talent pooling or talent pipeline).
Good Researchers build relationships with the best of the talent in the market which leads to more successful networking, more referrals, more business and an amazing give and take of expertise, knowledge and information.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Candidate mapping
- Initial approach calls
- Qualifying candidates and gathering useful data
- Preparing candidate CVs
- Coordinating interviews
- Creating regular mailshots and marketing campaigns
- Advertising
HR Work:
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help with scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes for new interns or employees.
- Maintain and organise employee records and files.
- Contribute to planning and organising team activities or events.
What Are We Looking For?
- Some prior exposure or strong interest in recruitment-related activities, such as coordinating resources, assisting with project delivery, or conducting research.
- Experience or eagerness to learn about sales, including telesales, marketing, business development (B2B/B2C), or recruitment sales.
- Confidence in yourself and a willingness to communicate and engage with others.
- A people-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities and work styles.
