Our 5 weeks intensive Financial Associate Program aims to provide students with financial literacy and exposure in the financial services industry.
Successful applicants will be exposed to the following:- Sales centric and soft skills lessons
- Wealth management projects and marketing campaigns
- Weekly 1-1 mentorship with Financial Services Managers and real life applications through joint field work
- Problem solving case studies using business strategies and financial content
- Personal finance management and investment fundamentals
Interns will be expected to:- Commit to weekly meetings, coaching and events
- Have a strong desire and drive to succeed
- Possess good communication skills and openness to learn
Upon completion of the 5 weeks program and conditions set out by the company, interns will be entitled:- With a remuneration of $800
- Fully sponsored financial qualifications (eligible for 3 years)
- Opportunity to be offered a student program for 2021 after the internship
