Task BOX provides business support services to small businesses in Singapore and is expanding its team as the portfolios increases. The Accounts Manager / Management Trainee takes care of the finance, accounts, taxation, human resource, payroll & administration functions for its clients in the most effective manners according to clients' needs without compromising on the local regulatory requirements.

Position: Accounts Manager / Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

• schedule, prepare & file yearly financial statements & tax computations
• schedule, prepare & file yearly employment income returns including IR8A issuances- schedule, prepare & file quarterly GST returns
• schedule & prepare monthly payroll & full set of accounts
• schedule & prepare all payables & receivables- reviewing & interpreting business contracts- implement & maintain SOPs for the admin support team according to respective clients' needs

Requirements:

• competent in applying Singapore Financial Reporting Standards- experienced in finance, accounts, taxation, human resource, payroll & administration management
• meticulous and able to commit to delivering jobs with high quality and integrity- articulate and well accustomed to client management
• proficient in English (spoken, written), additional language proficiency is an advantage
• advance knowledge in MS word and excel- experienced in cloud drive management
