- Ensure all projects carried out according to clients' requirements & standards
- Coordinate and supervise the process, ensuring that the project gets done on time and within budget
- Liaise closely with contractors, vendors and authorities
- To help develop & maintain a good project system
- Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses, monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and any other regulations and requirements.
- Report to Project & Contracts Director & Senior Management
Job Requirements
- At least 2-4 years working experience as a Project Executive or in Projects Department
- Willing to travel and work on weekends (as required for exhibitions/ events)
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings, material specifications, technical procedures or government regulations.
- Ability to write reports & procedure manuals
