Job Description

• Ensure all projects carried out according to clients' requirements & standards
• Coordinate and supervise the process, ensuring that the project gets done on time and within budget
• Liaise closely with contractors, vendors and authorities 
• To help develop & maintain a good project system
• Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses, monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and any other regulations and requirements.
• Report to Project & Contracts Director & Senior Management

Job Requirements

• At least 2-4 years working experience as a Project Executive or in Projects Department
• Willing to travel and work on weekends (as required for exhibitions/ events)
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret drawings, material specifications, technical procedures or government regulations.
• Ability to write reports & procedure manuals
