Tardis Capital Private Limited – Corporate Finance Analyst

Tardis Capital boutique corporate finance house. Offering services such as fundraising (debt and equity, control and non-control, straight equity or convertibles for both mature and early-stage companies), mergers and acquisition, privatizations of listed companies, RTOs etc.

We are looking for a candidate with following:

- Should be proficient in MS word, MS excel and MS power point

- Should be able to analyze financial statements on excel and prepare presentations on PowerPoint 

- Reasonable communication skill so that the candidate can speak with clients

- Interest in the capital markets

- Be ready to attend meetings with clients as required

- Knowledge of mandarin, as some documents would be originating from PRC clients (Prefered but not necessary)

- Professional qualifications, CFA, ACCA, CPA, etc. (Prefered but not necessary)

We are happy to invest in the candidate in terms of picking up the skills. As long as the candidate has good attitude and aptitude, most of the rest can be learned.

Candidates will be required to intern for the company for a period of time with the chance of full-time conversion if the candidate's work performance is satisfactory.

Monthly remuneration is for the internship period, full hirers remuneration will be negotiated
