We are a boutique corporate finance house. We offer services as fund raising (debt and equity, control and non-control, straight equity or convertibles for both mature and early stage companies), mergers and acquisition, privatizations of listed companies, RTOs etc 

We are looking for a candidate with following skills

- should be proficient with MS word, MS excel and MS power point

- shoukd be able to analyze financial statements on excel and prepare presentations on PowerPoint 

- reasonable communication skill so that the candidate can speak with clients

- knowledge of mandarin will be preferred as some of the documents would be originating from PRC clients 

- be ready to attend meetings with clients as required

We are happy to invest in the candidate in terms of picking up the skills. As long as the candidate has good attitude and aptitude, most of the rest can be learned.

The candidate may have to work long hours at times. The endeavor would be to minimize that.
