We are founded by principals with backgrounds in top management consulting and investment banking firms, as well as family business operations.
Private Equity / Search Fund Intern
3-6 months remote part time private equity / search fund internship
Job scope
Associates will directly report into the principals and get mentorship on topics such as industry research, deal sourcing, due diligence and value creation in the process of performing tasks including (but not limited to):
[Industry scans] Conduct desktop or primary research (including expert or potential customer interviews) on industries and companies
[Deal sourcing] Support outreach efforts both through calling and emails
[Financial modeling] Build LBO models to evaluate attractiveness of deals
[Investment thesis / due diligence] Synthesise analysis in powerpoint decks and excel models, including
Market definition
Market sizing
Competitor benchmarking
Customer feedback
Value creation levers
Risks and mitigation
Ideal associate (intern) profiles
Business, engineering or economics students or recent graduates
Positive attitude and keen to learn
Able to commit for at least 20 hours per week (including half day on Saturday morning) for 3-6 months periods, with flexible start dates from Oct to Dec 2025; remote work arrangement
Fluent in English; Thai is a bonus
Compensation
SGD 400 per month (20 hours per week)
