Job Objectives
The Marketing Assistant job is to assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing communications objectives through marketing collaterals, events, media relations and public relations activities for both internal (members) and external (public) customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects of member’s communication including website, EDM, publication, digital display, social media and mobile application;
- Prepare reports for committee meetings, record minutes of meetings;
- To carry out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous with an eye for details, sensitive to typography, color and design trend in collateral productions.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Savvy in digital marketing skills and website content management system.
- Diploma in Business Administration/ Graphic, Media Design, or related.
- Entry level Diploma Candidates may apply.
- Keen to work in a Country Club environment.
Preferably resides in the East area.
