Tanah Merah Country Club – Admin Assistant (Housekeeping)

Job Responsibilities

• Raise purchase work order
• Organize and schedule weekly and monthly department meetings
• Provide general support on all incoming phone calls or visits from vendors, members, and staff.
• Liaise and update members on the status of all lost and found items.
• Carry out other administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
• Reply to e-mails on behalf of Housekeeper and Supervisory staff.
• Carry out any other duties as may be assigned to from time to time.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Completed Secondary Education / GCE ’O’ level

Experience

• PC literate with knowledge in MS Office
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in administrative duties

Skills & Knowledge

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• · Effectively bilingual in English / Mandarin / Malay
